Artwork Guidance
1. What image formats are workable? AI , .PDF, .EPS , .PSD , .BMP, .PNG , .JPG
– If you’re creating the artwork, make sure you’re creating it at 300DPI and ideally at the size you’d like it printed.
– Vector artwork is preferred if available.

– If you’re submitting a company logo and only have .jpg files, check with your designer to see if they have the .eps, .pdf or .ai files available.

General FAQ
1. Can I cut and sew?

2. What is lead time of on demand printing?
48 hrs including weekend for our high capacity and flexible production lines.
3. What is your minimum order quantity for on demand printing?
For digital heat transfer, DGT, printing, minimum quantity is 1 pcs.
4. Can I mix and match styles and sizes?
For any DTG or Digital Heat Transfer jobs, there’s no additional cost for changing ink or shirt colours during a print run. However, for any Screenprinting order, you must have a minimum of 1 unit per colourway if you’d like the ink colour changed.
5. How to deal with my wrong order?
Sometimes mistakes happen, sometimes garments from the supplier are damaged. Whilst we do try to catch all errors and act promptly, our fast turnaround times don’t always make this possible.
6. How quickly will I receive my parcel?
Typical turnaround time is 2 nature days + shipping time for on demand printing.
Cut and sew order lead time needs to be made further discussion.
7. Where is your location?

Screen Printing FAQ
1. What is Screen Printing?
Screen Printing, named Silk Screening, is a printing way, using mesh screen coated in photosensitive emulsion with a rubber squeegee to imprint your image onto a range of mediums.
2. Pros/Cons of Screenprinting?
Pros
– Durable and long lasting.
– Colours are generally more vibrant.
– Speciality inks available. (Metallic, Fluoro, Glitter, Glow-in-the-Dark etc.)
– Economical for bulk orders.
– Available for a wide range of materials.(Polyester, Nylon, Lycra etc.)
Cons
– Expensive for small runs.
– The more colours in the artwork, the more expensive the print will be.
3. How good is washability?
Screen Printing is a durable and long lasting print method for garments. Yaroad drop ship t shirt printing, hoodie, sweatshirt, etc with screen printing over 20 years. All screen printing could be well hand wahed, even machined washed
4. What is your maximum print size for Screen Printing?
Our maximum print size is 380mm (w) x 490mm (h)
5. How long will it take for my order to be printed?
Most screen printing jobs are finished in 10-14 business days. Depending up on the current printing production schedule, there are occasions when they may be completed sooner or later.
DGT FAQ
1. What is Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Printing?
DTG Printing is a newer technology that enables high-quality printing of digital files onto a range of apparel.
Being a newer technology, it does have its shortcomings, however it also packs a punch when printing Full-Colour images onto garments in a matter of minutes.
We harness the Brother GTX DTG Printer to do all of our printing, which uses Innobella water-based pigment inks are also Oeko-Tex® certified and CPSIA compliant.
2. Pros/Cons of DTG Printing?
Pros
– Easily achieves Full-Colour images without additional costs
– Great for small runs
– Extremely high resolution prints
– Perfect for photos and highly detailed artwork
Cons
– Longer print time
– Not ideal for bulk orders (> 200)
– As DTG uses waterbased inks, the print is not as durable as Screen Printing
– Only available on 100% Cotton, and up to 40% Polyester blends (~60% Cotton)
3. How good is washability?
We use the Brother GTX DTG Printer which uses Inobella waterbased inks which scored a 4.0 in every AATCC test which guarantees a durable print for up to 50 washes (providing all garment washing instructions are adhered to).
4. What can you DTG onto?
Anything that we can fit onto our platen and adheres to our minimum 60% Cotton requirement should be able to be printed.

Our maximum print size for DTG Printing is 350mm (w) x 400mm (h).
Digital Heat Transfer FAQ
1. What are Digital Heat Transfers?
Digital Heat Transfer Vinyl is a similar concept to Iron-On Transfers. We use high-quality vinyl, coupled with high-resolution digitally printed transfers that use a specially formulated adhesive to ensure high durability for years to come.
2. Pros/Cons of Digital Heat Transfers?
Pros
– Great for items that are hard to decorate via other print methods
– Available on almost any material
– Can be applied yourself with a Heat Press (we provide instructions)
Cons
– Very detailed artwork will need a contour (LINK). This includes small text.
– Although our vinyl is only 90µm thick, a large print will feel heavy on the garment. So we don’t advise this for large prints on the garment.
– Ironing the print will destroy it almost instantly.
3. What can you apply Digital Heat Transfers onto?
– The greatest part of our Digital Heat Transfer Vinyl is the wide variety of garments, apparel and accessories we can apply it onto.
– There’s almost no limitation in terms of what we can apply onto, from T-Shirts to Backpacks, to Leather Compendiums.

Embroidery FAQ
1. Can I select different colors and styles in my order for logo embroidery?
Yes. You can choose any item individually and mix & match different colors and styles available on our site to get them embroidered.
2. Can I supply the shirts, caps, etc. that I want to be embroidered?
Yes. Tshirt, hoodies, sweatshirt, short, cargo pants, caps, varsity jacket all could be well made embroidery.
3. How long does it take to embroider a logo?
Normally within 5 nature days including embroidery mold opening, testing and finished process.
4. Which type of file format you accept for embroidery?
– DST and EMB file both are workable.
– DST stands for Data Stitch Tajima.created by commercial embroidery machines manufacturer Tajima.Today, pretty much all commercial embroidery machines accept DST format to create
– logos on provided merchandise.
– EMB stands for embroidery format.This format holds stitching steps and guidelines fora commercial embroidery machine to follow in order to produce an embroidered logo.
5. How long does embroidery take?
On demand embroidery on finished T shirts, hoodies etc clothing takes 2 days. Bulk embroidery with cutting fabric takes 7 -10 days to process.
6. How to choose the right embroidery needle ?
– Choose Tapestry needle for embroidering on loose weave fabrics. For hand embroidery crewel needles are the best as it has long eye to take more than one thread of stranded cotton silk or wool.For stranded cotton embroidery number 9 and 10 is the best crewel needle.
– Use small needles for stitching on thin delicate clothes. Large needles leave large holes. But beware that small needles have small holes and sometimes have difficulty in passing through the fabric.
– When using the needle always hold the needle perpendicular (at right angles) to the fabric, taking one stitch at a time, This is the best way to prevent splitting the yarns while stitching.
– Never use blunt or rusty needle.
– Round eye needle is the best for making french knots and bullion stitch.
– Higher the number of the needle finer will be the needle.
– Generally, we use No. 7 embroidery needles for two strands of cotton embroidery floss, No. 6 for 3 strands and No. 5 for 6 strands.
Cut and Sew FAQ
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our Minimum Order Quantity for production of most styles is 300 units per style/color. Garment complexity, as well as the availability of fabric desired, are other things that influence minimums. Yaroad clothing is also small batch clothing manufacturer.
2. What is your sampling term?
– We need to take the sample charge USD 50-100 per style, it can return after Placing an Order.
– It can finish the samples after receiving the sample making requirements within 1-2 weeks.
3. What is your packing details?
Apparel put in a poly bag with main label, size label and hangtag. We will supply poly bags and shipping boxes.
4. What is your cut and sew order process?
– Costing A finished sample as well as a pro forma purchase order filled out are required. Color, stitch, style, size, label, accessory, fabric,these details are what we base our pricing . Help us help you!
– Once we know exactly what you will be producing we provide a quote and lead times.
– You pay 30% deposit for your order.
– We source materials for approval from you; or you source material by yourselves.
– Materials are ordered.
– We make PPS (Pre Production Samples) for approval.
– Production.
– Remaining 70% of balance is due upon delivery of your produce.
5. Do I need to offer measurement info or grading?
Yes. Simply tell us what you want or send us a sample. We source elastics, ribbons, zippers, snaps, tapes, buttons etc. Bear in mind that customized findings such as printed neck tape or printed elastic have very high minimums. Zipper minimums are 100 per required length.
